Report to show case hours used
I am trying to create a report that shows the following over a date range by a single employee:
1. Time spent on Cases
2. Time Spent on Projects
3. Other time
Is this possible using the NS Reports? I tried doing so starting with the 'Time Tracked' but could not seem to see how to do this - any help much appreciated!
