Search equiv to Create Projects from Sales Order

I am constantly doing excel look-ups from the Create project from SO data (and you have to select/copy/paste to even get that session data out of netsuite) to other client data searches in order to track down whether a project can really be created or not.  We have several steps we have to follow first, all tracked in custom tables attached to the client.  Which really means that I need to start with client, and then go to Transactions (type=SO)

I'm looking at Sales orders in the transaction table to see if I can replicate the data in Create Project from SO but not getting very far.
