Severe Web Presence Report Errors -

We were upgraded on Friday to the 2008-2 release and since that time the standard Web Anaylitics reports for Referrer and Keywords as well as a custom reports that I developed for Keywords by search engine have been completed inaccurate.

For example, we had over 767 Google referals on 9/21 according to Goggle Analytics, and Netsuite's referre report indicates 12. In the past, the GA and NS have been fairly close and consistent. Every referrer and keyword are affected. I went back to reports I had used as recently as last Friday, and roudn all of our past history is also corrupted. I have not fully investigated all the web presence reports, but you may want to look closely before you assume accuracy.
