Inventory Adjustment Search

I'm trying to come up with a search for items on Inventory Adjustment transactions.  I wanted a search that gives me the "Adjust Qty by" and the "Memo" field of the line item.  I cant for the life of me figure out what these fields are called when I am creating a saved search.  Does anyone know?
