Audit Trail/System Notes Search not working

Hi,

I am trying to determine changes one user made to vendor names.  I know of one change and if I go into that vendor record and into the System Notes field, the change is listed there so I know at least one change has been made.  However, I would like a report that shows all of the changes she made to vendor names.  I have tried using the Audit Trail but it does not include an option for changes to vendor records, only transactions (I tried searching changes to Bills and Bill Credits but it did not work) and creating
