Item Search - need to include all site categories

I am trying to create an item feed that would include all categories that an item is setup under in our website.  Many of our items are set up in 2 or 3 categories.  Ideally, I would want each each item/category to be on a seperate row.  For example:

Item #          Category
XYZ123         Cat1
XYZ123         Cat2
XYZ123         Cat3
