IE7 problems - can't export to any format
Hoping someone will be able to solve this mystery, as support has not be able to for over a month. When I try and export a report (standard or custom) to excel or any other format in IE7 it just doesn't work. It looks like it is trying to download it (animated picture with the file being moved), but even after 20 minutes, still nothing.
It works perfectly in Google Chrome and in Mozilla Firefox. Of course there are other issues that prevent us from using Google Chrome at this point in time.
It worked somewhat in IE6. The standard reports would download, but not the custom reports. 3 months ago support suggested that we upgrade. Did that and now nothing can be exported to excel or any other format.
