Logging a data extraction

Hi All,

I have a serious concern raised by our German office that could isolate them from our current implementation. Under German data protection law, anyone running a report, viewing a list, etc.and then exporting the data into a file on their PC ( via csv,excel etc) must have this transaction logged. And this must be ready for access if we are audited by the data protection officer within the German office.

I have spoken to support and they see no way of doing this, even if we code it! Can anyone offer any advice on this really urgent issue for us?
