Search with Credit Card Memo

I'm trying to create a search that will show credit card info including the 'Credit Card Memo' and 'Card Name' field either through a customer search or ODBC.  I can get the rest of the data, but I can't find these two fields.  This might just be that I don't know the name of the fields, but I can't figure out how to make it work.
