User Note Saved Search
We have attempted to make the date field on the 'user note form' inline. But the form is not customizable. This is unfortunate for us because our sales reps are using it to their advantage to back date the user notes. I would like to create a saved search for control. Alert me when a 'system note creation date' is not equal to 'user note date'.
The problem is there is no such field as 'creation date' on a user note search, and also the creation of user notes are not captured in the system notes of the customer record.
