Need weekly sales report for vendor

Hi

I am trying to publish a saved search of sales by certain products per week
and publish them to the vendor center for the vendor to invoice us from.

I can pull the sales out fine but am having problems publishing them to the vendor center, or rather the one vendor.

Also is there a clever way of using, for example, a parameter query so that the  vendor can just punch in the from and to dates and generate the data that way?
