Report Formulas and Logical IF

Hello,
I am trying to get the report do some calculation for me. So far I have managed to have report show me 3 lines:

Labor     Material     Invoiced  

Next line that I need would be a calculation. I tried creating a formula field without store option to solve this but it did not work as data has to be stored (in invoice). What is my workaround to get this formula in report ((Invoiced-$250)-4.75%)-63%  ?

Also I would need a logic IF to subtract this only if 'warranty' item is present.
