Search for what 'Didn't' Happen
Sorry if this topic has been covered, but I really did not know how to search this.
On a number of occasions I have been asked for reports on what has not taken place. For example, online form creates a new lead, but 7 days later there have been no activity records on the new lead, meaning sales fell down and did not follow up.
IS there a way to create a search or report on this scenario, Lead without Activity?
