Saved Search on Sales Excluding the First Sale

I have a unique problem that I was hoping someone else has run into. I need a saved search that will show my all sales for a customer excluding their first sale.

Using saved searches I have tried to utilize a formula (text) that would exclude the date of the first sale however in my results the information is still displayed.

My criteria has been been using the summary tab on the criteria screen to count the number of orders per customer and only displaying the ones that have orders greater than 1.
