How to Get Qty. Quoted on a Report?

Trying to get a quantity of each item meeting a certain criteria quoted for a given time period (ie, in May 2008 we quote 23 of X, 34 of Y, in June 2008, 25 of X, 21 of Y...)

Every time I try to tie in Items to a Quotes (Estimates) report, I get no data.
