Saved search or report showing fulfillment per location

I need a saved search or report showing fulfillment totals per location.  It only needs one row and two columns.  one column = number of packages.  one column = number of fulfillment changed to "shipped".  It just needs the one row that has the monthly total for both columns.  Any advise?

I couldn't find the package field in either the searches or the reports.
