4000+ emails this morning
I am having all sort of problems with NS lately.
I created 5 saved searches and scheduled to be send daily in an excel format.
If you look at the options in the email tab are:
-Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated
-Send Emails According to Schedule
-Summarize Scheduled Emails
-Send if No Results
So, I have checked only "Send Emails According to Schedule" however I am getting the "Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated".
I can see that NS mixed up the triggers and instead of getting only one email every morning WE (there is a team that is being affected) are getting 4000+ emails with the alert saying that there were records created.
