I need to limit the number of responses on a report
I need to limit the number of responses on a report such as the top 30 opportunities for a Sales Rep and since I need a total, the search that I ran is not the answer. Or maybe it is, I can get a total on the 30 lines of the search that show when I stated that I wanted a maximum response of 30 and it comes back with 30, but has more....... at the bottom.
I do a series of the same reports every week of the same data and it would be so much easier if I did not have to export to Excel and rework the data. But, I have not been able to find a way to come up with the different responses I need such as:
