What permission to see campaings on employee tab

When I go (as a system administrator) to see the campaigns (general tab, campaigns)  that an employee has, I can click the preview button and see the email that was sent.

However when the employee herself goes in she cannot.  For the life of me I cannot figure out what permission to give her.  The error she receives is:

Permission Violation: you may not access this record.

Any help most appreciated
