Master pick list report

Earlier this week, My master picking report mysteruiously disappeared from our account ( case # 815969)
I am trying to recreate the report and am having a problem grouping the results.  When I run the saved report each item to pick is listed individually.
example:
1 - Magnolia Lap Table 
1 - Magnolia Lap Table
2 - Magnoilia Lap Table

1 - 1959 What a year book
1 - 1959 What a year book

etc  etc  for each item
-----------------------
When I click customize, then click preview, the report works perfectly:

4 - Magnolia Lap Table
2 - 1959 What a year book

--------------------------------------------------------------
Does anyone know how I can get my saved report to work correctly without having to customize and click preview?
