Searching on customers by online form

Is it possible to perform a search to pull customers who have filled out a specific form?  

Normally I'd set up each form with a specific lead source and just search on that.  I'm not assigning a lead source to a handful of our forms, for various reasons this time, but I want to be able to search a specific form for everyone who has submitted it.

NS told me it wasn't possible without a lead source tagged to it, so now I'm opening it up to our community!

Any thoughts?
