Saved Search that shows all transactions where istaxable checkbox is checked

We are in urgent need of a saved search (or any other method) to export all transaction data from last month filtering out any non-taxable transactions.  All transactions have the "istaxable" checkbox, but I can't find a single way to filter by this field.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Our tax provider has corrupted our data, and we need to recalculate all transactions from the previous month!
