Custom report title

Is it possible to create a report title that is longer than the space alotted at the time of report creation.  Would like to include a company address and tax id number at the top of a report and don't have the space available when naming a report by default.  Is it possible to create a separate field/text block or some other thing that could hold that information at the top of the report?
