Client comment field in Lead Source Report

I have inherited a custom report.  Not sure what the source was (how can I find that) but the fields available are:

Lead Count
Lead Source

It looks like it might be Lead Source Analysis Detail.

I'm trying to add the client comment field to this report and cannot find it.
