Join bringing back more than one row

I have the following formula in a saved search:
CASE WHEN {pricing.pricelevel} = 'Wholesale' THEN {pricing.unitprice} END

The problem is it brings back a row for each pricing level when I just want an additional wholesale column for each row.

Any help is much appreciated.
