A saved search that can display payment accounts???
I am trying to make a saved search which can display the final bank account that customer payments ends up in (we have a bunch)...
Sounds simple, but I am not really having much luck.
The issue is: (with transaction searches)
Payment Record Type > Account (with main line as true) will display the accounts perfectly for payments which went directly into a bank account, but when they are put into "undeposited funds" first (about half of them are) we run into problems...
The Deposit Record Type (with main line as true) works the same way... I can make a search of payments, display the "applying transaction" (for those that went into undeposited funds), which will be the deposit, but of course, the {applyingtransaction.account} field displays the "undeposited" account because the join seems to always assume I want the mainline is false result from the joined record...
