can non admin users edit report schedules owned by others?

i need non admin users to be able to edit report schedules owned/created by other non admin users.

ie, sue saves a report she created.  sue makes report viewable/editable by bob and jane, her boss.  sue schedules report to email daily to herself and bob.  jane, sue's boss, wants to get a cc of that daily report too.  jane should be able to edit the schedule (of the report) and add herself as a cc to the recipient list (or make any other change to the schedule).  all of them are non admin full access users.

is this possible?  what permissions do i need to give jane to do the above?  i already gave full access to the report schedules item on the role setup.  no luck.
