Close Sale Ratio/Percentage - estimates given vs sales orders
Does anyone know how to get a ratio of estimates sold by sales rep?
Our sales cycle is fairly quick and does not require multiple departments working on it so, we don't use opportunities. We use the "status" field on the estimate form so our estimators can select active, inactive, or lost. We keep it real simple. We give our customers estimates in there homes for interior/exterior painting and then turn them into sales orders when they accept the estimate. I would like to have a report that would show total number of estimates given in a time period, total number of sales orders created in that same time period, and then the ratio.
