Saved Search/Alert when change is made

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to receive an email alert when a record is changed (when a customer is put on or taken off credit hold).  Right now I have 2 searches - one if the credit hold is "on" and one if the hold is "off" and set it up to email me when any new records are added to the search.

I was wondering if I could filter this by change in credit hold, so I will be notified when any changes to credit holds are made.  This way, I will have all changes in one search instead of two.
