Customer Statuses
Hello, we have a number of customer / prospect statuses that get changed depending on the user action, for example, we have :-
Prospect - not Identified Decision Maker
Prospect - Identified Decision Maker
Prospect - non Focus
Prospect - Profiled
Prospect - Not Contacted
So once a prospect has been contacted and decision maker found the status is updated to Identified Decision Maker etc.
We are trying to report on this on a daily basis as each Sales Rep is targetted on "Identifying Decision Maker" or "Profiling Account" - how can I get Netsuite to report and count each Status ... is there a way of showing this data over a week period or month or will I have to collate all the info daily into an spreadsheet ???
