Searching on user notes

Hey Guys,

We use user notes to document certain things about our customers.  I’m trying to create a search that people can access to view other peoples user notes but I am unable to return any results.  I believe this to be a permissions issue because I can access the user notes logged in as full access but not any other custom role.

Any idea on how I can achieve this?

Ps – I’ve tried sharing the calendar but this didn’t work either.
