Searching Customers using Custom Record Criteria
I could use some help on a search, please.
I have a custom record type:
Description ID Type List/Record Tab Show In List
Customer custrecord1 List/Record Customer Yes
Software Name custrecord5 List/Record Item Yes
License Number custrecord2 Free-Form Text Yes
Maintenance Start Date custrecord3 Date Yes
Maintenance End Date custrecord4 Date Yes

SendRenewalNotice custrecord7 Check Box Yes
I want to find customers who have one or more records where Software Name = X and has no records where Software Name is <> X. I'm trying to find customer who have one of our products but to whom we could market for other products.
