Hourly Sales Report/Search

Wondering if anyone might know how to do this?
We want to be able to see our hourly sales approximately as follows;

16th December
8-9am, Items Sold 5, Customers 4, Total Amount $100
9-10am, Items Sold 6, Customers 6, Total Amount $300
10-11am, Items Sold 15, Customers 14, Total Amount $1100
11-12am, Items Sold 25, Customers 34, Total Amount $2100
17th December
8-9am, Items Sold 5, Customers 4, Total Amount $100
9-10am, Items Sold 6, Customers 6, Total Amount $300
10-11am, Items Sold 15, Customers 14, Total Amount $1100
11-12am, Items Sold 25, Customers 34, Total Amount $2100
etc.

I have had a few trys but no luck so far, ideas?
