Saved Search Delete button missing

I have an employee with a Sales Manager role who is unable to delete Saved Searches he has created. The Delete option is not present. I am looking in Users/Roles for a permission that will allow him to do this. Can't find one.

Any suggestions? As an admin, I can delete, but I'd rather grant permissions since he's experimenting with a number of searches and will drive me nuts with requests.
