Anyone created reports to show ITSM SLA reporting
Hi,
We are trying to produce some reports that adhere to ITSM / ITIL standards, to report on SLA's for time-to-resolve, time-to-work-on, etc..... for our support calls.
I know we could probably build some searches/reports to pull out the information, but I wondered if anyone was using a 3rd party reporting tool to do this for them?
Any pointers?
