Suppliers not called in x months

I have a simple problem but do not know the anser - all I want to do is create a save search for all suppliers that have NOT had a phone in 4 weeks.
Getting those that have straight forward as there is a record of the phone call - but I want to indeitf ythose suppliers that have not had a hpone call.

Can anyone help?
