Stock Out Reports

We have been trying to get a stock-out report without luck. Does anyone have one set up?

Basically, we'd like a report which could show us how many times an item was back ordered.  It would be really helpful for managing our inventory.

Anyone have ideas? Stock-out doesn't seem to be a default report within NS.

All help appreciated.
