Can't pull custom field in activity search?
We have a custom field for customer/entity records with the id custentity_datequal. It is displayed on all customer/lead/prospect forms and the field setup does have 'show in list' checked.
However, from within an activity saved search- we don't seem to be able to use the following:
{company.custentity_datequal}
{customer.custentity_datequal}
{entity.custentity_datequal}
All give 'ERROR: Field Not Found'
We also don't see it in the 'company fields' list from within an activity search.
Any ideas?
