Need More First Sale Info Than Just The Date: New Customer Sales Report
I'm trying to customize the report "New Customer Sales Summary" to show me each new customer's choice from a list/record displayed during checkout as a transaction body field. Additionally, I want to be able to use each selection from the list/record as a results filter.
Is this filter possible in a report or only through a saved search? Has anyone had success in building either a search or a report to analyse information from only the first sales order of a new customer (and none beyond that)? Netsuite does provide a column for "first sales order date" or "first sale date", but I'm looking for more info from the first sale i.e. 'first sale amount', 'first sale source opportunity', 'first sale custom field', etc.
