Scheduled emails from saved search

Hey, im looking to do my first scheduled email from the results of a saved search and i need a little help.

I wanted to email all customers one week after a cash sale is created on their account. The email needs to contain the products the customer ordered as we want them to go back to the product page on our website to write a review about the product they bought.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for setting this up?
