Search month-day of custom date field vs today's date
I have a custom employee field called FTBenefitsElegibilityDate that contains the date the employee became eligible for full time benefits.
I need to create a saved search that will give me a list of employees that need to have their benefits reset, but I cannot simply match on today() vs ftbenefitselegibiltydate beccause they fall in different years.
I need something like "If month-day(today) = month-day(ftbenefitselegibilydate)" then display results.
Can someone help me with the formula to use to accomplish this in a saved search?
Thank you,
Chris
