Saved Search email alert problems

I am having a hard time getting an email notification setup for particular sales reps.

What I am trying to accomplish is to have a market campaign response of clicked through trigger an email to the sales rep for the company entity a notification that this might be a warmer prospect. 

Could someone run through how to setup the criteria, receipient from results so that only the particular sales rep. gets these?
