RMA Report/Search
We have created a script on our RMA's to create a case for each line item. Once all the cases are closed out and done by the service department the RMA will then be refunded or billed. I am trying to create a search that will notify me when all cases have been closed on one RMA. Sometimes one RMA may have 8-10 cases and having to open each one up is somewhat of a pain. With that I would like to be notified when all cases are complete on one RMA so I can close it out right away.
