Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Cannot retrieve Item Groups via WebServices
I was trying to get all inventory items from our NetSuite DB downloaded with information we need to change prices for the new year. I was able to download all information for Inventory Items, Non Inventory Items, Kits, Assemblies, Services, Download Items but not Item Groups. I contacted NS customer support and even though it is documentated that this is available, it does not work. Case #1258182 / Enhancement #180425. Anyway, this doesn't provide me any assistance to perform the task I've been assigned.
It would be great if I could create a saved search that contains Item Groups and all items (inventory, non-inventory, kits, assemblies, downloads) that make up the Item Group. It would be similiar to a master-detail report with the master report being the individual Item Groups and the Detail report containing all the items that make up the Item Group.
