Drop Ship Search

I am a new NetSuite user creating some of my first saved searches.  I have been asked to create a search/report that shows all the 'drop ship' orders that we haven't marked 'shipped' and/or we haven't yet received an invoice on from the vendor.

Can anyone help?  I have tried all the 'type is Purchase Order' combinations I can think of but cannot find anything to indicate a 'drop ship'.
