Gift certificate redemption order detail

I would like to be able to run a report detailing orders in which a gift certificate was used for payment, what GC# was used and value, the total value of the order, and the order billing information.  I am looking to be able to provide a report detailing how many people not only used their GC but also spent X amount of dollars about it.
