Transaction Status

I've been asked to create something to show transaction status's.  The status as the column headers and the rows as months, similar to below. 


           Pending    Pending    Billed    Billed  
           Approval   Fulfilled    Open    Paid in Full

Oct      100.00      200.00     100.00   300.00
Nov      300.00      200.00     200.00   400.00
Dec      200.00      400.00     200.00   200.00

Does anyone have a recommendation on the best way to see the above?
