Has the criteria for Last Modified changed in 2011.1?

We regularly use this to generate lists of recently edited products, and it used to produce a large list - because I understand that recent sales also caused it to appear as modified - I guess because the Item History gets updated.

Hoever, from 2011.1 onwards - it's now looking as if it ignores Sales transactions when it calculated Last Modified.

Would this be correct?
