Expanding Columns - In Reports

Hi Guys & Girls!

I have a couple of reports but some of the columns are small and we have to manually expand the coumns to be able to read it clearly but when we go back to the report at a later stage, it reverts back and then we have to manually expand it everytime we want to look at it. Is there a way, we can expand the colums we want and it stays that way for any user?
