Reporting on PO fill rate

Hi all,

I have been bashing my head into a wall trying to figure out a way to get a report/search to display a vendors fill rate.

Specifically I want to display:
- PO number
- Sum of qty ordered across the PO
- Sum of lines across the PO
- Total amount of PO

Using the first Item Receipt (or all IRs from the same day), also display:
- Sum of qty in IR
- Sum of lines
- Total value

We can have multiple IR's in the same day which I want to aggregate in the report, however if the IR date is after a previous IR, I don't want to count it.
